Ten finalists announced for the European Muslim Women of Influence Awards 2010
In Madrid on Saturday 30 October, the winners of the inaugural European Muslim Women of Influence Awards 2010 were announced. The presentation of the women’s success stories and the prize giving were held during the first international gala event of the European Muslim Professionals Network, Cedar. The prize aims to diversify the mainstream representation of Muslim women and inspire accomplishment across Europe’s diverse communities. In its inaugural year it has received nominations spanning 11 European countries and a wide breadth of professions.
