Emmanuel-Yamin Dubuc is the co-founder and marketing director of Oumma Media and co-founder and CEO of Oumma United, the first allin- one Muslim social network, which will be launched in 2009. In 1999, he co-founded, together with Saïd Branine, the Muslim website Oumma. com, which became the leading French Muslim website with 6,000,000 visitors per month. In 2008, Oumma United officially launched the first French Muslim web TV, OummaTV.tv. Mr. Dubuc holds an engineering degree in information technology and has worked for Microsoft as well as start-ups such as Mediapps and Navision.
